More than a store :), whole foods are foods in their simplest form and free of additives or preservatives. For example the carrots, onion and garlic pictured to the left are examples of whole foods. Eating a diet based on a variety of properly prepared whole foods is a good starting point for providing us with the nutrients our bodies need to thrive.
